Join us on Tuesday's, September 12th at 9:45 AM, September 19th and 26th at 9 AM with Lauren Gerrie and Marisa Competello at The Studio by Live The Process.

Morning Moves is a 60min jazz cardio class perfect for those who love to dance, but don't necessarily want to learn choreography. It begins with organic movement throughout the space, then progressing through a playlist of songs that each focus on fluid stretches and cardio blasts.

It's the perfect way to start the day with an explosion of pure joy.

Breathe To Transform

Join us on Thursday, September 28th at PM with Nadia Josse at The Studio by Live The Process.

Breathe To Transform is a special 75-min breathwork workshop where you will have the opportunity to get clear on your desires and the steps to achieve them.

Through Breathwork you will be able to release old stagnant energy and limiting beliefs about yourself that are preventing you from achieving your goals. We will have time at the end for integration and a quick Q&A.
